Division is a work that focuses on the interaction between the viewer, space, and light. As the lights are observed on either side of the room the division isolates the connection of light to one point. The
single point of convergence is between the two panels that have been cut to allow the light source to fit directly in the cutout when stood between the two panels and lights. This creates a perfect division
between the viewer and the artwork as the light splits down the center of the viewer creating a
reflective mark on the viewers body.
